Tesco ‘Food Love Stories’
The Tesco FLS campaign has been around for a while, telling love stories around people and their food. We wanted to push the format and tell a love story that would resonate with modern audiences. Our story centres around a curious little girl and her loving parents, who are separated. This tender tale of child naivety and parental love no matter the circumstances was crafted with care, delicacy and lived experience. Treading the fine line between telling their story, but not telling viewers how or what to feel.
We made specific craft choices in its production, like allowing the film to breathe by not adding music and portraying the characters more intimately with a 4:3 aspect ratio,
